Interac Teachers - Is your visa on the line?

Changes are afoot. From April 2010 your visa renewal will be linked to enrollment in government social insurance.

Interac keeps you out of shakai hoken by fudging working hours. We all know we work more than 29.5 hours but Interac says that to keep from paying their 50% of your health and pension costs.

It has always been law that you been enrolled. With the changes to immigration guidelines, it is more important than ever.
